Job Description:
Minimum education
level: Graduation
2-3 Years working
experience in similar position.
Perform all
administrative and secretarial functions of CEO's office independently;
Actively anticipate and proactively perform tasks required by the CEO, with
minimal direction;
Manage entire internal/external correspondence and draft/edit a variety of
letters / memoranda / reports using proper grammar, punctuation and style;
Manage, in the CEO's absence that requests for action and information are
dealt with in a timely manner;
Maintain policy and confidential files, records and documentation; and
Manage visas and hotel/travel bookings and maintain frequent flyer record of
various airlines.
Proficiency in MS
Office, knowledge of internet.
Ability to handle
Faxes, Emails and all others correspondence.
Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
